Receive and handle tee-time booking requests from customers via phone, email, social media, and in person.
Provide information and consultation on golf service packages, promotions, and pricing policies.
Coordinate with relevant departments (Front Office, Course Operations, Restaurant, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Manage and update booking data in the system software.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop a loyal client base.
Support the implementation of golf tournaments, events, and promotional activities.

College/University graduate, preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role (experience in golf, hospitality, resort, or tourism is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and booking management software.
Good command of English (Chinese or Japanese is a plus).
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive working style.
