1. Supply Chain Analysis & Optimization:
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
• Implement strategies for inventory optimization and reduction of obsolescence.
• Review key inventory target and communicate to other related stakeholders to ensure KPIs.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on supply chain performance and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes and procedures.

2. Data Analysis, Interpretation and Visualization:
• Collect and analyze data from various sources to understand supply chain performance.
• Use statistical methods and software tools to interpret complex data sets.
• Utilize supply chain management software and tools to improve visibility and control over supply chain operations.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and assess their applicability to the organization s supply chain.

3. Project Management:
• Initiate, set up plans and timelines; coordinate and follow up with cross-functional departments to drive the projects.
• Actively communicate the objectives & progress to the stakeholders based on aligned success metrics, deep-dive on arising issues and take reaction plans to ensure high-quality deliverables at a timely manner.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Data Analytics.
• 3 years of experience in Supply Chain/Business/Data Analytics. Retail Supply Chain and/or E-commerce experience is highly valued.
• Advanced MS Office is compulsory. Be fluent in at least one query/code language (R, MySQL & Python are preferred).
• Great attention to detail, strong analytical and data story-telling sense with a “Continuous Improvement” mindset.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.
• Good at time management, teamwork, and multitasking. Have strong ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
• Willing to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do attitude
