Prepare a portion of a main meal such as an appetizer, vegetable, salad, or dessert in appropriate quantities for serving; measure, mix, season, garnish, and otherwise prepare food.
Assist in preparing some parts of the main meal by mixing and stirring, scooping, adjusting heat, etc.
Assists in preparing meals, serving and cleaning work areas and utensils, and personally participates in such tasks when required.
Perform other related duties as required.
Prepare his accommodation for the next day.
Assist another station as assigned by Chef de Partie/Commis.
Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and report any repair or maintenance needs.

Monthly allowance: 1,000,000 VND/month
Meals and free parking provided during work shift
Uniforms provided
Certificate of completion upon completion of internship

Certificate in Kitchen Skills
Guaranteed minimum 3 month internship.
