1. Ensure smooth operation of the Department
- Coordinate with EMD teams to supervise and assist them in daily operation.
- Guide EMD teams to solve issues/problems of customers.
- Supervise as assist EMD teams to follow and update/revise the working (ISO) procedures and Work instructions.
- Coordinate with other departments of VSIPCT to solve customers’ issues or requests.
2. Guide EMD to assist customers in their drawing design and factories building
- Assist team in charge to meet with customers / consultants / contractors in guidance of design
- Assist team in charge to coordinate with other teams or other departments to check and reply the drawing/design for customers.
- Assist team in charge to supervise and support customers’ construction.
3. Assist for Land, RBF handing /taking over
- Assist team in charge to coordinate with other teams, other departments / divisions for Land, RBF handing /taking over.
- Assist team in charge to work with RMD.
- Assist team in charge to manage the insurance issue and report of EMD in order to send to the management.
4. Other tasks
- Assist EMD teams to control, implement and improve QHSE Management system and EMD procedures.
- Perform any work being assigned by BOD and Department Head.

- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years experience in same field
- English: Well in four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Computer: Properly in Excel, Word, PowerPoints, Outlook...
- Communication: Fluently and Clearly
