- University degree in mechanical technology or equivalent qualifications; at least five (5) years’ experience working in field of mechanical engineering & sewage treatment plan and five (5) years’ experience in supervising a team of more than 50 staffs
- Understand and have experience in supply water network design & operation, pump station, wastewater treatment process and environmental assessment; Fluent in English, reading, writing and conversation; Able to prepare written report; Properly use computer office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
